SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We use USPS for shipping goods within the United States of America and Internationally. Orders are shipped after payment is received.


Processing time is 1-5 business days before shipping. We ship orders in the order received. Delivery after shipment depends on method of shipping chosen at checkout.


Processing time is 1-7 business days for curricular access. Customers may expect an email from bookstore@oxrosepress.com within the processing time with login credentials.


We accept check, money order, and credit card. Orders do not ship before payment is received.


With the purchase of LIVE Classes, digital access to curricula is granted for free.


If you are purchasing/ordering within the State of Mississippi, Pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. Section 27-65-21, the sale of digital access to the curricula is subject to Mississippi Sales Tax. The sale of workbooks, readers, audio CDs, maps, and spirit gear is subject to Mississippi Sales Tax pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. Section 26-65-17.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.
The following information is the estimated timeframe you should receive your order after it has been shipped:
United States: 4 - 7 business days
International: 4 - 10 business days

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All refund requests should be made as soon as possible to bookstore@oxrosepress.com or (507) 822-6966.

Books and Materials: Refunds or exchanges may be requested within 30 days from purchase date or 14 days from receiving the order. Refunds and/or exchanges will be issued upon the return of the product(s) originally ordered. If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks.

We only accept resalable items in its original packaging with the tags attached and in the same state as received, unused and undamaged.
Personalized items are made to order; we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to personalized pieces once your order has been submitted.
After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.

Curricular Access (Schola Rosa Curriculum and Self-Paced Courses): You may receive a 100% refund during the first week of access for any reason so long as files and workbooks have not been downloaded. After that first week, there is no refund. Please login within 30 days and preview the curriculum to determine its fit for your family. We understand our curriculum is not for every family. This policy is to protect copyrights.

ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION

If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.

DUTIES AND INTERNATIONAL FEES

Deliveries to countries outside the USA may incur duties, taxes, or charges that are not included in the total price displayed. To avoid unforeseen charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information on fees before placing your order.
